# Monsters Monsters are the core of the Spellborne economy. Every player is able to catch a monster in the wild using crystals. Monsters may also be collectible from various events such as Soul Exchange, Treasures of Celestia, etc.\ \ Naturally, players love to collect monsters and trade them with one another, for various reasons, it could be: * To breed the best monster out there * To defeat others at PvP * To collect em' all * To master all monster breeds In order to trade monsters, a monster needs to be minted into a non fungible token. This token allows the game to verify the true owner of the monster while it is being traded in the in-game marketplace or outside marketplaces. Minting a monster can be tricky, as having no limits to mint may lead to the marketplace being flooded with monsters with bad stats, resulting in confusion among new buyers, as well as incorrect pricing of a good stat monster of a specific breed. Thus, the game requires the player to pay a one time fee to mint a specific monster, this fee depends on the following factors: * Account Age: Older accounts pay less fee per monster, resulting in less spam and higher costs for potentially alt/bot accounts. * Breed Supply: Helps control the inflation for specific breeds, higher supply results in higher costs of minting. Vice versa, when players free the monster into the wild, or breed 2 parents to create 1 child, the cost decreases to mint the monster of that specific breed. * Account Mints: Users trying to mint tons of monsters within a short amount of time pay higher mint costs, to counter hacked accounts or bot accounts. and a few other hidden factors. The minimum cost to mint a monster is 1 USD. This cost may go upto 200 USD based on various factors, resulting in control over supply and inflation of monsters in the game economy. \ Players may choose to mint the monsters on their preferred chain, however directly transferring the NFTs over to unsupported wallets may result in them being displaced and becoming inaccessible. **The only correct way to bridge monsters from one chain to another is via the in-game marketplace.** # Glory System Apartments in Spellborne are more than just personal spaces—they act as **stakeable NFTs** that connect players to the game’s reward economy. We realise that we have a responsibility to the community at large to have some basics in place to ensure your experience in & around the game is good, and fair. #### Strictly Prohibited: 1. Multi-accounting: Users are not allowed to create more than 1 account per device. 2. Scams, social engineering and social exploits: phishing, scamming other players into unintentionally giving away private keys, resources, or other game assets. 3. Technical & non-technical exploits: client hacking, ddos attacking, double spending, smart contract exploits, and any other similar exploits or attempted exploits. Use or abuse of any game bugs with the intent of progressing further than fairly intended, unfairly attaining additional items, items beyond your skill level, or similar. 4. Bots & Automation: While using extensions that may provide visible information from the game is allowed, automation of any kind is not. 5. Selling Accounts: Users are allowed to trade items, monsters and other tradables as long as they follow rules set by the game, but selling accounts is not allowed, and will result in a ban. **Spellborne reserves the right to retroactively update this prohibited list and/or take action on behaviors that harm the integrity of the game or community, even if not currently covered here.** #### Consequences: The game runs on a custom Bot Eye 3.0 system, where players breaking any rules will be banned automatically, as well as, the team runs investigations from time to time to make sure there are not prohibited actions being taken by our players. A ban usually does not fully limit the player from the game, instead removes their access from economic and multiplayer features. Players may disclose any exploits or bugs or share information about other players exploiting the game, for a reward.
